2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders above $150 CAD within Canada. For orders below
this amount, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Xtreme Fit ships worldwide! Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location.
Most international orders are delivered within 7–21 business days.
4. Will I be charged duties or taxes for international orders?
Customs duties, taxes, or additional fees may apply for international orders and are the
responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more details.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your
package’s progress.
RETURNS
1. What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Xtreme Fit purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we accept returns for
unused, unworn items with tags still attached within 30 days of delivery.

3. Are returns free?
For Canadian customers, returns are free on orders over $150 CAD. For orders under this

SALE/DISCOUNTED MERCHANDISE
1. Are sale or discounted items eligible for returns or exchanges?
Items purchased with a discount of 25% or more are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for
refund, exchange, or gift card.
2. What about items purchased during promotions or sale events?
Orders purchased during sale or promotion periods are FINAL SALE.
3. How long does it take to process orders during sales?
Due to an influx of orders during sale or promotion periods, please allow an additional 2–6
business days of processing time before shipping.
4. Can I request a price adjustment?
Unfortunately, we are unable to adjust prices for orders that have already been placed or
processed to match promotions or sale offerings.
